Ernesto Panariello was born on May 12, 1985, in Naples, Italy. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a pianist and his mother a singer. From a young age, Panariello showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of six. Panariello's early musical education was focused on classical piano, and he quickly became known for his technical skill and musicality. He studied under some of the most renowned piano teachers in Italy, including Aldo Ciccolini and Bruno Canino. In 2003, Panariello won first prize in the prestigious International Piano Competition "Città di Stresa" in Italy. This was a major milestone in his career, and it helped to establish him as a rising star in the classical music world. Over the next few years, Panariello continued to build his reputation as a pianist, performing in concerts and competitions throughout Europe and Asia. He won several more awards, including first prize in the International Piano Competition "Città di Cantù" in 2005 and the International Piano Competition "Premio Venezia" in 2006. In 2007, Panariello made his debut at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, one of the most prestigious opera houses in the world. He performed as a soloist with the orchestra, playing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5. The performance was a huge success, and it cemented Panariello's reputation as one of the most talented young pianists of his generation. Over the next few years, Panariello continued to perform in concerts and recitals around the world, including appearances at the Salzburg Festival, the Lucerne Festival, and the Edinburgh International Festival. He also began to record his performances, releasing several critically acclaimed albums of classical piano music. In 2012, Panariello was awarded the prestigious "Premio Abbiati" by the Italian music critics' association. This award is considered one of the highest honors in the classical music world, and it recognized Panariello's exceptional talent and contributions to the field. In addition to his work as a pianist, Panariello is also a dedicated teacher and mentor. He has taught master classes at some of the most prestigious music schools in the world, including the Juilliard School in New York and the Royal Academy of Music in London.
