Vasiljka Jezovsek is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of opera and concert singing. Born on 22nd September 1957 in Slovenia, Jezovsek showed an early interest in music and began singing at a young age. She grew up in a family of musicians, and her father was a well-known conductor in Slovenia. Jezovsek received her formal music education at the Ljubljana Academy of Music, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Zlata Ognjanovic. She graduated with honors in 1981 and went on to pursue further studies in Vienna, Austria, with Professor Hilde Rössel-Majdan. Jezovsek's career as a professional singer began in 1982 when she made her debut at the Slovenian National Theatre in Ljubljana.
