From a young age, Armida showed a natural talent for music, and she began studying the piano at the age of four. Armida's parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She began taking piano lessons with some of the best teachers in Milan, and by the age of ten, she had already won several local competitions. In 1990, Armida was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Carlo Bruno. During her time at the conservatory, Armida won several awards and competitions, including the prestigious Premio Venezia, which is awarded to the best young pianist in Italy. After graduating from the conservatory, Armida continued her studies at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, where she studied with the legendary pianist, Aldo Ciccolini. It was during this time that Armida began to develop her own unique style, which combined the technical precision of classical music with the emotional depth of romantic music. In 1998, Armida made her debut as a soloist with the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano Giuseppe Verdi, performing Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 3. The performance was a huge success, and Armida was praised for her technical skill and emotional depth. Over the next few years, Armida continued to perform with some of the best orchestras in Italy, including the Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia and the Orchestra Filarmonica della Scala.
