Tullia Pedersoli was born on May 12, 1985, in Milan, Italy. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her father being a pianist and her mother a singer. From a young age, Tullia showed a natural talent for music and began studying the piano at the age of four. As she grew older, Tullia's passion for music only intensified, and she began to explore other instruments, including the violin and the cello. She also began to study music theory and composition, and by the age of 16, she had already composed several pieces of her own. In 2003, Tullia was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, where she studied piano performance under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Carlo Grante. During her time at the conservatory, Tullia also had the opportunity to study with other notable musicians, including pianist Maurizio Pollini and conductor Riccardo Chailly. After graduating from the conservatory with honors in 2007, Tullia began to establish herself as a solo pianist, performing in concerts and recitals throughout Italy and Europe. Her performances were praised for their technical precision and emotional depth, and she quickly gained a reputation as one of the most promising young pianists of her generation. In 2010, Tullia was invited to perform at the prestigious International Piano Festival in Warsaw, Poland, where she received critical acclaim for her performance of Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 1. The following year, she was awarded the prestigious Premio Abbiati, one of the most prestigious awards in Italian classical music, for her outstanding contributions to the field. Over the years, Tullia has continued to perform in concerts and recitals around the world, collaborating with some of the most renowned orchestras and conductors in the industry. She has also recorded several albums, including a critically acclaimed recording of Beethoven's Piano Sonatas. Despite her success, Tullia remains humble and dedicated to her craft, constantly striving to improve her skills and deepen her understanding of the music she loves. She continues to inspire audiences with her passionate performances and her unwavering commitment to the art of classical music.
