Born in Athens in 1992, Papadjiakou showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. In 2005, she won first prize in the National Piano Competition in Greece, and in 2007, she was awarded the first prize in the International Piano Competition in Italy. She attended the Athens Conservatory, where she studied with renowned pianist and pedagogue Dimitris Toufexis. She has appeared as a soloist with orchestras such as the Athens State Orchestra, the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra, and the Yale Philharmonia. She has also performed in major festivals such as the Athens Festival, the Yale in New York Festival, and the International Keyboard Institute and Festival in New York. One of the highlights of Papadjiakou's career was her performance at the 2015 International Piano Festival in Santorini, Greece. She was the youngest performer at the festival, and her performance was widely praised for its technical brilliance and emotional depth. The festival organizers described her as "a rising star in the world of classical music." Papadjiakou's repertoire is wide-ranging, encompassing works by classical composers such as Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin, as well as contemporary composers such as Ligeti and Messiaen.
