Don Aliquo is a renowned saxophonist and educator in the world of classical music. Born in 1960 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Aliquo grew up in a musical family and began playing the saxophone at the age of 10. He was inspired by his father, who was a jazz pianist, and his mother, who was a singer. Aliquo attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in saxophone performance. He then went on to earn a Master of Music degree from the University of Miami in Florida.
