Elisabeth Holmertz is a renowned Swedish classical music artist known for her exceptional vocal range and versatility. Born on May 22, 1963, in Stockholm, Sweden, Holmertz grew up in a family of musicians. Her father was a composer, and her mother was a singer, which inspired her to pursue a career in music. Holmertz began her musical journey at a young age, studying piano and singing in choirs. She later attended the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, where she studied voice and early music.
