Craig Morris is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on August 22, 1979, in the United States, Morris showed an early interest in music and began playing the trumpet at the age of nine. He grew up in a musical family, with his father being a professional trumpet player and his mother a music teacher. Morris attended the University of North Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree in trumpet performance. He then went on to pursue a Master of Music degree at the Juilliard School in New York City. During his time at Juilliard, Morris studied under the tutelage of Mark Gould, a renowned trumpet player and former member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra. In 2001, he won the National Trumpet Competition, which is considered one of the most prestigious competitions for trumpet players in the United States.
