From a young age, Wåhlberg showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Wåhlberg's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with renowned pianist and teacher, Ingrid Jacobson Clarin, at the age of six. Under her guidance, Wåhlberg developed his skills and quickly became a prodigy. At the age of 12, Wåhlberg made his debut as a soloist with the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 20 in D minor.
