Alexandra Troussova is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for herself in the world of music. Born on May 5, 1998, in Moscow, Russia, Alexandra showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents, both musicians, recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Alexandra's early years were spent studying music at the Gnessin School of Music in Moscow, where she received a rigorous training in piano performance. She also participated in various music competitions and won several awards, including the Grand Prix at the International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Vladimir Horowitz in Kiev, Ukraine, in 2010. In 2012, Alexandra moved to the United States to continue her music education at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, California. There, she studied with renowned pianist and teacher Fabio Bidini, who helped her refine her technique and develop her musical style. During her time at the Colburn School, Alexandra won several awards, including the Gold Medal at the 2014 International Keyboard Institute and Festival in New York City. Alexandra's talent and hard work paid off when she was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City in 2016. There, she continued her studies with Fabio Bidini and also worked with other renowned pianists and teachers, including Robert McDonald and Emanuel Ax. Alexandra's performances at Juilliard were highly acclaimed, and she was awarded the Arthur Rubinstein Prize in Piano Performance in 2018. Throughout her career, Alexandra has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Moscow Conservatory.
