Absolut Trio is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2003 in Germany. The trio consists of three members: violinist Andreas Krecher, cellist Martin von der Nahmer, and pianist Tobias Borsboom. The ensemble has gained recognition for their unique sound and interpretation of classical music. Andreas Krecher, the violinist of Absolut Trio, was born in 1975 in Germany. He began playing the violin at the age of six and went on to study at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. He has performed with various orchestras and ensembles, including the WDR Symphony Orchestra and the Cologne Chamber Orchestra. Martin von der Nahmer, the cellist of Absolut Trio, was born in 1976 in Germany. He started playing the cello at the age of seven and went on to study at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. He has performed with numerous orchestras and ensembles, including the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen and the Ensemble Modern. Tobias Borsboom, the pianist of Absolut Trio, was born in 1988 in the Netherlands. He began playing the piano at the age of six and went on to study at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. He has won several awards, including the Dutch Classical Talent Award in 2015. Absolut Trio was founded in 2003 when Krecher, von der Nahmer, and Borsboom met while studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. The trio quickly gained recognition for their unique sound and interpretation of classical music. They have performed at numerous venues and festivals throughout Europe, including the Beethovenfest Bonn, the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, and the Rheingau Musik Festival. One of the highlights of Absolut Trio's career was their performance at the Beethovenfest Bonn in 2013. The trio performed Beethoven's "Triple Concerto" with the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, receiving critical acclaim for their interpretation of the piece. The trio has also performed with other orchestras, including the WDR Symphony Orchestra and the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen. Absolut Trio has released several recordings, including their debut album "Absolut Trio" in 2006 and their second album "Beethoven: Triple Concerto" in 2014. Both albums received critical acclaim for their unique sound and interpretation of classical music. In addition to their performances and recordings, Absolut Trio has also received several awards and honors. In 2005, they won the first prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Osaka, Japan. They were also awarded the Rheingau Musik Preis in 2012 for their outstanding contributions to the music scene in Germany.
