From a young age, Antinori showed a keen interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. He later went on to study at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome, where he honed his skills as a pianist. Antinori's talent as a pianist was evident from an early age, and he quickly gained recognition for his exceptional abilities. He won his first competition at the age of six and went on to win numerous other competitions throughout his childhood and teenage years. In 1993, he won the prestigious International Piano Competition in Senigallia, Italy, which marked a turning point in his career.
