Yoan Kukuzel Angeloglassniyat Ensemble is a Bulgarian classical music ensemble that specializes in performing medieval and Renaissance music. The ensemble was founded in 1992 by Yoan Kukuzel, a Bulgarian composer, conductor, and musicologist, who named the ensemble after himself and the medieval Bulgarian composer Yoan Kukuzel. The ensemble's main members include singers, instrumentalists, and dancers who are all highly trained in early music performance. The singers perform in a variety of styles, including Gregorian chant, Byzantine chant, and Bulgarian folk music. The instrumentalists play a range of period instruments, such as lutes, viols, and recorders, and the dancers perform traditional Bulgarian dances. One of the highlights of the ensemble's career was their performance at the 1998 Festival of Early Music in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
