The North Hungarian Symphony Orchestra (NHSO) is a classical music ensemble based in Miskolc, Hungary. The orchestra was founded in 1979 by the merger of two smaller orchestras, the Miskolc Symphony Orchestra and the Salgótarján Symphony Orchestra.
