Marwan Shamiyeh is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. Born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1975, Marwan showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Marwan's musical journey began when he enrolled in the Lebanese National Conservatory of Music, where he studied piano and music theory. He showed exceptional talent and dedication, and his teachers recognized his potential. Marwan's hard work paid off when he won several awards and scholarships, which enabled him to continue his studies in Europe. In 1994, Marwan moved to Paris, France, to study at the École Normale de Musique de Paris. He studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Pierre Sancan, who recognized Marwan's talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Marwan's time in Paris was a turning point in his career, as he was exposed to a diverse range of musical styles and cultures. After completing his studies in Paris, Marwan moved to the United States to further his education. He enrolled in the Juilliard School in New York City, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Yoheved Kaplinsky. Marwan's time at Juilliard was a transformative experience, as he was exposed to a wide range of musical styles and techniques. Marwan's talent and dedication paid off when he won several prestigious awards and competitions, including the International Piano Competition in New York City and the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition in Texas. These awards catapulted Marwan to international fame, and he began performing in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls.
