His parents, who were both music enthusiasts, encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Michael's talent was evident from an early age, and he quickly became a prodigy. He began performing in public at the age of eight and won his first competition at the age of ten. Michael's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he received formal training in piano performance. During his time at the Royal Academy of Music, Michael honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of classical music. He was mentored by some of the most renowned pianists of the time, including Vladimir Ashkenazy and Martha Argerich. Michael's dedication and hard work paid off, and he graduated with honors from the Royal Academy of Music.
