The Central Aichi Symphony Orchestra (CASO) is a classical music ensemble based in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Founded in 1962, the orchestra has become one of the most prominent musical groups in the region, known for its high-quality performances and dedication to promoting classical music to a wider audience. The orchestra was founded by a group of local musicians who shared a passion for classical music and a desire to create a professional-level ensemble in Aichi Prefecture. The founding members included conductor Tadashi Mori, violinist Toshiya Eto, and cellist Tetsuo Okada, among others. From the beginning, the orchestra was committed to excellence, and its members worked tirelessly to build a repertoire of classical works and develop their skills as musicians. The orchestra has also performed at numerous other prestigious venues and events, including the Suntory Hall in Tokyo, the Nagoya Congress Center, and the Aichi Arts Center. In addition to its performances, the orchestra is also committed to promoting classical music to a wider audience.
