Her work with these ensembles allowed her to work with some of the most prominent contemporary composers of the time, including Karlheinz Stockhausen, Pierre Boulez, and György Ligeti. Pasveer's collaboration with Stockhausen was particularly significant, as she became his principal flutist and worked with him for over twenty years until his death in 2007. She played a crucial role in the development and performance of many of his works, including "Licht," "Klang," and "Oktophonie." Her work with Stockhausen earned her international recognition and established her as one of the leading contemporary music performers of her time. In addition to her work with contemporary music ensembles, Pasveer has also performed as a soloist with various orchestras, including the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the London Symphony Orchestra. She has also performed at major music festivals, including the Salzburg Festival, the Holland Festival, and the Berliner Festspiele. Pasveer's contributions to contemporary music have been recognized with numerous awards and honors. In 1996, she received the Amsterdam Prize for the Arts, and in 2008, she was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. She has also been awarded the Edison Classical Music Award and the Prix Italia for her recordings. Pasveer continues to perform and collaborate with contemporary music ensembles and composers.
