Hsin-I Huang is a Taiwanese classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her exceptional talent and musicality. Born on December 28, 1987, in Taipei, Taiwan, Hsin-I Huang showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Hsin-I Huang's musical education began at the age of six when she enrolled in the Yamaha Music School in Taipei. She quickly progressed and won her first piano competition at the age of eight. Her talent was evident, and she was soon accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist Yoheved Kaplinsky. During her time at Juilliard, Hsin-I Huang won numerous awards and accolades, including the prestigious Arthur Rubinstein Prize in Piano. She also performed in some of the world's most renowned concert halls, including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center. After completing her studies at Juilliard, Hsin-I Huang continued to perform and compete internationally. In 2010, she won the first prize at the International Piano Competition in Rome, Italy, and in 2011, she won the first prize at the International Piano Competition in San Marino. Hsin-I Huang's performances are known for their technical brilliance and emotional depth. She has a unique ability to connect with her audience and convey the essence of the music she plays. Her repertoire includes works by some of the greatest composers in history, including Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, and Rachmaninoff. She has worked with many renowned conductors, including Alan Gilbert, Daniel Barenboim, and Simon Rattle.
