Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. Martine's musical education began at the Conservatoire de Paris, where she studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and composer, Pierre Sancan. She quickly distinguished herself as a talented pianist and won several awards and scholarships during her time at the conservatory. After completing her studies at the Conservatoire de Paris, Martine continued her musical education at the Juilliard School in New York City. There, she studied under the tutelage of the legendary pianist, Vladimir Horowitz. Martine's career as a professional pianist began in the early 1990s, and she quickly established herself as a rising star in the classical music world. Her performances were praised for their technical precision, emotional depth, and musicality. She was invited to perform at some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. One of Martine's most memorable performances was at the 1994 International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. She was the only female pianist to make it to the final round of the competition, and her performance of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 earned her a standing ovation from the audience and the judges. Although she did not win the competition, Martine's performance was widely praised, and she received numerous offers for future performances and recordings. Martine's discography includes several critically acclaimed recordings, including her debut album, "Chopin: The Complete Nocturnes," which was released in 1995. In addition to her work as a solo pianist, Martine has also collaborated with some of the world's leading orchestras and conductors. She has performed with the New York Philharmonic, the London Symphony Orchestra, and the Berlin Philharmonic, among others.
