Elena's mother was a pianist, and she started teaching her daughter to play the piano when she was just four years old. Elena's parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She started taking singing lessons when she was eight years old and quickly developed a passion for opera. Elena's parents enrolled her in the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg, where she studied under the guidance of renowned vocal coach Tamara Novichenko.
