Noragh Devlin was born on May 12, 1985, in Dublin, Ireland. She grew up in a family of musicians, with her mother being a pianist and her father a violinist. From a young age, Noragh showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. At the age of eight, Noragh began taking violin lessons and quickly fell in love with the instrument. She began practicing for hours every day and soon became a prodigious talent. By the age of ten, Noragh had already won several local competitions and was invited to perform with the Dublin Symphony Orchestra. Noragh continued to excel in her musical studies and was accepted into the prestigious Royal Academy of Music in London at the age of sixteen.
