He studied at the Chisinau Music School, where he was taught by some of the most respected music teachers in the region. After completing his studies, Modest began performing in concerts and recitals across Europe. In 1998, Modest won the prestigious Tchaikovsky International Competition, which cemented his status as one of the most talented classical music artists of his generation. Over the years, Modest continued to perform in concerts and recitals across the world. He collaborated with some of the most respected conductors and orchestras in the industry, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic.
