Affetti Musicali is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2005 in Italy. The group is made up of highly skilled musicians who are passionate about performing classical music from the Baroque and Classical periods. The ensemble has gained a reputation for their exceptional performances and has won numerous awards for their work. The founding members of Affetti Musicali were all graduates of the Conservatory of Music in Milan. The main members of Affetti Musicali are violinist Marco Rizzi, cellist Francesco Dillon, and harpsichordist Luca Guglielmi. In 2010, Affetti Musicali released their debut album, "Baroque Masterpieces." The album featured works by some of the greatest Baroque composers, including Bach, Handel, and Vivaldi. The album was a critical and commercial success and helped to establish the group as one of the leading Baroque ensembles in Europe. In 2012, Affetti Musicali was invited to perform at the prestigious Festival de Musique de Menton in France. The festival is one of the most important classical music events in Europe and attracts some of the world's leading musicians. In 2014, Affetti Musicali released their second album, "Classical Masterpieces." The album featured works by some of the greatest Classical composers, including Mozart, Haydn, and Beethoven. In 2016, Affetti Musicali was invited to perform at the prestigious Festival de Musique de La Chaise-Dieu in France. The festival is one of the most important classical music events in Europe and attracts some of the world's leading musicians. Affetti Musicali's performance was highly praised by critics and helped to establish the group as one of the leading classical music ensembles in the world. Over the years, Affetti Musicali has won numerous awards for their performances. In 2011, the group was awarded the prestigious Premio Abbiati, which is awarded annually by the Italian Association of Music Critics to the best classical music ensemble in Italy. The group has also won numerous other awards, including the Premio Franco Abbiati and the Premio della Critica Musicale.
