From a young age, Lotte showed a natural talent for music and began playing the violin at the age of four. Lotte's parents recognized her potential and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. She began taking lessons with renowned violinists in Germany and quickly gained recognition for her exceptional talent. At the age of 12, Lotte won first prize in the prestigious Jugend musiziert competition, which is one of the most important music competitions for young musicians in Germany. After this early success, Lotte continued to hone her skills and went on to study at the Hanns Eisler School of Music in Berlin. She was mentored by some of the most respected violinists in the world, including Christian Tetzlaff and Antje Weithaas. During her time at the school, Lotte won several awards and scholarships, including the prestigious DAAD scholarship, which allowed her to study abroad in the United States. In 2012, Lotte made her debut as a soloist with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. This was a major milestone in her career and cemented her reputation as one of the most promising young violinists in the world.
