Klaus Eibensteiner was born on May 12, 1965, in Vienna, Austria. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned conductor and his mother a pianist. From a young age, Klaus showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. As a child, Klaus was exposed to a wide range of classical music, and he quickly developed a deep appreciation for the works of Mozart, Beethoven, and Bach. He began studying music theory and composition at the age of six, and by the time he was a teenager, he had already composed several pieces of his own. In 1983, Klaus enrolled at the Vienna Conservatory, where he studied under some of the most respected music teachers in the world. He quickly distinguished himself as a talented pianist and composer, and he began performing in concerts and recitals throughout Austria. In 1987, Klaus won first prize in the prestigious International Piano Competition in Vienna, which launched his career as a professional musician. He began performing in concerts throughout Europe, and he quickly gained a reputation as one of the most talented and innovative pianists of his generation. Over the years, Klaus has performed with some of the world's leading orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic. He has also collaborated with many of the world's most renowned conductors, including Leonard Bernstein, Herbert von Karajan, and Claudio Abbado. In addition to his work as a performer, Klaus is also a respected composer and arranger. He has written numerous pieces for solo piano, as well as orchestral works and chamber music. His compositions have been performed by some of the world's leading musicians, and he has received numerous awards and accolades for his work. Throughout his career, Klaus has remained committed to promoting classical music and inspiring the next generation of musicians. He has taught master classes at some of the world's leading music schools, and he has served as a mentor to many young musicians. Despite his many accomplishments, Klaus remains humble and dedicated to his craft. He continues to perform and compose, and he remains a beloved figure in the world of classical music.
