Markus's parents recognized his potential and enrolled him in the Vienna Conservatory of Music when he was just eight years old. He studied under some of the most prominent music teachers in Austria, including Franz Schmidt and Anton Webern. Markus's dedication and hard work paid off, and he graduated from the conservatory with top honors. After completing his studies, Markus began his career as a concert pianist. He quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent and was invited to perform at some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe. Markus's performances were characterized by his technical brilliance, emotional depth, and musical sensitivity. He was particularly renowned for his interpretations of the works of Beethoven, Mozart, and Chopin. Markus's career reached new heights in 1990 when he won the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland.
