Christian Sturm is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on May 12, 1980, in Berlin, Germany, Sturm showed an early interest in music and began playing the violin at the age of four. His parents, both professional musicians, recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. Sturm's early years were spent studying under the guidance of renowned violinists such as Ulf Hoelscher and Zakhar Bron. He also attended the Hanns Eisler School of Music in Berlin, where he received a comprehensive education in music theory and performance. During this time, Sturm participated in numerous competitions and won several awards, including the first prize at the International Violin Competition in Kloster Schöntal in 1995. In 1997, Sturm was accepted into the prestigious Juilliard School in New York City, where he continued his studies under the tutelage of Dorothy DeLay and Itzhak Perlman. During his time at Juilliard, Sturm honed his skills and developed a unique style that would later become his trademark.
