Serenade Chamber Orchestra of Armenia is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2004. The ensemble is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and is known for its exceptional performances of classical music. The founding members of Serenade Chamber Orchestra of Armenia were a group of young musicians who were passionate about classical music. They came together with the goal of creating a chamber orchestra that would showcase the beauty and complexity of classical music to audiences in Armenia and around the world. The main members of the ensemble are violinists Armine Grigoryan and Lilit Tonoyan, violist Lusine Khachatryan, cellist Arman Muradyan, and pianist Armine Grigoryan. Over the years, Serenade Chamber Orchestra of Armenia has performed at some of the most prestigious venues in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York City and the Royal Albert Hall in London. The ensemble has also collaborated with some of the most renowned conductors and soloists in the classical music world. One of the highlights of Serenade Chamber Orchestra of Armenia's career was their performance at the 2015 Yerevan Perspectives International Music Festival. The ensemble received critical acclaim for their performance of Mozart's Symphony No. 40 in G minor, which was conducted by world-renowned conductor Eduard Topchjan. In addition to their performances, Serenade Chamber Orchestra of Armenia has also received numerous awards and accolades for their contributions to the classical music world. In 2010, the ensemble was awarded the Gold Medal at the International Chamber Music Competition in Osaka, Japan. They were also awarded the Grand Prix at the 2012 International Chamber Music Competition in Moscow, Russia.
