Hlaváček was a highly respected figure in the Czech classical music scene, having served as the concertmaster of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra and the principal conductor of the Prague Symphony Orchestra. He brought his wealth of experience and expertise to the Czech Chamber Soloists, shaping the ensemble into a world-class orchestra. The Czech Chamber Soloists is made up of a core group of 16 musicians, all of whom are highly skilled and accomplished performers. The ensemble is known for its versatility, performing a wide range of repertoire from the Baroque era to contemporary music. The ensemble's members are all graduates of the prestigious Prague Conservatory and have performed with some of the world's leading orchestras and conductors.
