Si Jung Huang is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant impact in the world of music. Born on January 1, 1985, in Taipei, Taiwan, Si Jung Huang showed an early interest in music. Her parents recognized her talent and encouraged her to pursue her passion for music. At the age of six, Si Jung Huang began taking piano lessons, and by the age of ten, she had already won her first piano competition. Si Jung Huang's talent and dedication to music continued to grow, and she went on to study at the National Taiwan Normal University, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. She then pursued a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Si Jung Huang has performed in numerous concerts and recitals, both in Taiwan and abroad. She has also won several awards and accolades for her outstanding performances. In 2005, she won first prize in the Taiwan National Piano Competition, and in 2007, she won first prize in the New England Conservatory Piano Honors Competition. One of Si Jung Huang's most notable performances was at the 2010 International Piano Competition in Moscow, Russia. She was one of only 30 pianists selected to compete in the prestigious competition, and she impressed the judges with her exceptional talent and skill. Si Jung Huang was awarded the third prize in the competition, which was a significant achievement for her. Si Jung Huang has also performed with several orchestras, including the Taipei Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. She has collaborated with many renowned conductors, including Benjamin Zander, Ken-David Masur, and Alexander Sladkovsky. In addition to her performances, Si Jung Huang is also a dedicated music educator. She has taught piano at the National Taiwan Normal University and the Taipei Municipal University of Education. She has also given masterclasses and workshops in Taiwan, the United States, and Russia. Si Jung Huang's dedication to music and her exceptional talent have earned her numerous awards and accolades. In 2012, she was awarded the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from the National Taiwan Normal University. In 2014, she was awarded the Rising Star Award from the Boston Conservatory.
