From a young age, Tamburello showed a natural talent for music, and he began playing the piano at the age of four. Tamburello's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his father and quickly progressed, mastering the works of classical composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven. As a teenager, Tamburello continued to hone his skills, studying under renowned pianists and attending prestigious music schools. He attended the Juilliard School in New York City, where he studied with the legendary pianist Emanuel Ax.
