He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a renowned pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Beaufils showed a natural talent for music, and he began playing the piano at the age of four. Beaufils received his formal music education at the Conservatoire de Paris, where he studied under some of the most respected piano teachers in the world.
