Per Kristian Skalstad is a Norwegian classical music artist who has made a name for himself as a conductor and pianist. Born on May 22, 1979, in Oslo, Norway, Skalstad showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. He went on to study at the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, where he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance.
