Félix Reina was a Spanish composer born on January 1, 1928, in the city of Seville. He was the youngest of three siblings, and his parents were both musicians. His father was a violinist, and his mother was a pianist. From a young age, Reina showed a great interest in music, and his parents encouraged him to pursue his passion.
