He was born into a family of musicians, and his parents were both professional classical musicians. His father was a renowned pianist, and his mother was a violinist. From a young age, Manci was exposed to classical music and began to show a natural talent for the piano. Manci began his formal music education at the age of six when he started taking piano lessons with his father. He quickly progressed and began to perform in public at the age of eight. By the time he was ten, he had won his first piano competition, and his talent was recognized by the music community. In 1997, Manci was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Carlo Bruno. During his time at the conservatory, Manci honed his skills and developed his unique style of playing. He also began to perform in concerts and recitals, gaining a reputation as a talented and promising young pianist. In 2003, Manci graduated from the conservatory with honors and was awarded a scholarship to study at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome.
