From a young age, Bettoschi showed a natural talent for music and began playing the piano at the age of four. He later started studying the cello at the age of eight and quickly became passionate about the instrument. Bettoschi's talent was recognized early on, and he was accepted into the prestigious Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan at the age of ten. He studied under the guidance of renowned cellist Enrico Dindo and graduated with honors in 2011. During his time at the conservatory, Bettoschi also had the opportunity to study with other notable cellists, including Mario Brunello and Giovanni Sollima. After completing his studies, Bettoschi began performing professionally and quickly gained recognition for his exceptional talent. He has performed in some of the world's most prestigious concert halls, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the Royal Albert Hall in London. He has also collaborated with some of the world's most renowned conductors, including Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, and Daniel Barenboim. Bettoschi has won numerous awards throughout his career, including first prize at the International Cello Competition Antonio Janigro in 2013 and the International Music Competition Harbin in 2015. He has also been a finalist in several other competitions, including the Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow and the International Paulo Cello Competition in Helsinki. One of Bettoschi's most notable performances was his debut with the Berlin Philharmonic in 2016, where he performed the Dvorak Cello Concerto under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle.
