Larry Zimmerman was born on May 12, 1955, in New York City. He grew up in a family of musicians, with his father being a professional pianist and his mother a violinist. From a young age, Zimmerman showed a natural talent for music, and he began playing the piano at the age of four. Zimmerman's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his father and quickly progressed, mastering the works of classical composers such as Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven. As a teenager, Zimmerman began performing in local concerts and competitions, winning numerous awards and accolades for his exceptional talent.
