Paul Meyers is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. He was born on August 6, 1953, in New York City, United States. From a young age, Meyers showed a keen interest in music and began playing the guitar at the age of 12. He was inspired by the music of jazz legends such as Wes Montgomery, Jim Hall, and Joe Pass. Meyers attended the Manhattan School of Music, where he studied classical guitar under the tutelage of Manuel Barrueco. He also studied jazz guitar with Jim Hall and John Scofield. Meyers graduated from the Manhattan School of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree in 1975. After completing his studies, Meyers began his career as a professional musician. He performed with various jazz and classical ensembles, including the New York Philharmonic, the New York City Opera, and the American Symphony Orchestra. He also worked as a studio musician, recording for numerous television shows, films, and commercials. In addition to his work as a performer, Meyers is also a respected composer and arranger.
