Born on December 22, 1987, in Kiev, Ukraine, Khandogiy showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Khandogiy's early years were spent studying music at the Kiev Special Music School for Gifted Children. He received his first piano lessons from his mother, who was also a pianist. Khandogiy's talent was evident from an early age, and he quickly progressed through the ranks of the music school. He won his first competition at the age of nine and went on to win several more competitions throughout his childhood. In 2005, Khandogiy was accepted into the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, where he studied under the guidance of renowned pianist and teacher, Valery Kozlov.
