Juliana Steinbach is a Brazilian classical pianist who has gained international recognition for her virtuosic performances and musical interpretations. Born in São Paulo in 1983, Steinbach began playing the piano at the age of four and quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument. She received her first formal training at the age of six, studying with renowned Brazilian pianist and pedagogue Ney Fialkow. Steinbach's early years were marked by a series of impressive achievements and accolades. At the age of nine, she won first prize in the Young Pianists Competition in São Paulo, and at twelve, she was awarded the prestigious Carlos Gomes Prize for her outstanding musical talent.
