Zands Duggan is a renowned classical music artist who has made a name for himself as a harpist, composer, and arranger. Born in Wales in 1985, Duggan grew up in a musical family and began playing the harp at the age of six. He quickly showed a natural talent for the instrument and went on to study at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Cardiff. During his time at the college, Duggan was awarded the prestigious Leverhulme Scholarship, which allowed him to study with some of the world's leading harpists, including Isabelle Perrin and Catherine Michel. He also won the college's concerto competition, which led to his debut performance with the Welsh National Opera Orchestra. After graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Duggan went on to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London, where he was awarded the DipRAM, the academy's highest performance award.
