Roger Admiral is a renowned classical music artist who has made a significant contribution to the world of music. Born on May 12, 1965, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Roger showed an early interest in music and began playing the piano at the age of six. His parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue his passion for music. Roger's musical journey began with his formal training in piano at the University of Alberta, where he earned his Bachelor of Music degree in 1987. He continued his studies at the University of British Columbia, where he received his Master of Music degree in 1990. During his studies, Roger was mentored by some of the most renowned pianists of his time, including Jane Coop, Robert Silverman, and Anton Kuerti. Roger's talent and dedication to music were evident from an early age, and he quickly gained recognition for his exceptional skills. In 1986, he won the prestigious Canadian Music Competition, which helped launch his career as a professional musician. He went on to win several other awards, including the Eckhardt-Gramatté National Music Competition in 1990 and the CBC Radio National Competition for Young Performers in 1991. Roger's career as a concert pianist began in earnest in the early 1990s, and he quickly established himself as one of the most talented and sought-after pianists of his generation. He has performed extensively throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia, and has collaborated with some of the world's leading orchestras and conductors. One of the highlights of Roger's career was his performance of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 5 with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra in 1992. He went on to perform the concerto with several other orchestras, including the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra.
