Born in Italy in 1985, Cuccaro grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to music from a young age. Her parents were both professional musicians, and her father was a conductor. Cuccaro began playing the piano at the age of four and started singing in choirs when she was six. Cuccaro's talent for singing was evident from a young age, and she began taking voice lessons when she was eight years old. She continued to study music throughout her childhood and adolescence, and in 2003, she was accepted into the Conservatorio di Musica "Giuseppe Verdi" in Milan, where she studied under the guidance of renowned vocal coach Renata Scotto. After completing her studies at the conservatory, Cuccaro began performing professionally. She made her debut in 2007 in the role of Zerlina in Mozart's "Don Giovanni" at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan. This performance was a major milestone in Cuccaro's career, as it marked her first appearance on one of the world's most prestigious stages. Over the years, Cuccaro has performed in a wide range of operas and concerts, both in Italy and abroad. Some of her most notable performances include her portrayal of Susanna in Mozart's "Le nozze di Figaro" at the Teatro alla Scala in 2010, her performance as Adina in Donizetti's "L'elisir d'amore" at the Teatro Regio in Turin in 2012, and her portrayal of Gilda in Verdi's "Rigoletto" at the Teatro Massimo in Palermo in 2014. Cuccaro has also received numerous awards and accolades for her performances. In 2011, she was awarded the prestigious "Premio Abbiati" by the Italian music critics' association for her performance in "Le nozze di Figaro." She has also been recognized for her work in contemporary opera, receiving the "Premio Franco Abbiati" in 2015 for her performance in the world premiere of Luca Francesconi's "Quartett." In addition to her work as a performer, Cuccaro is also a dedicated teacher and mentor. She has taught masterclasses at the Conservatorio di Musica "Giuseppe Verdi" in Milan and the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, and she has served as a mentor to young singers through the "Accademia del Belcanto Rodolfo Celletti" in Martina Franca.
