Tara Erraught is a renowned Irish mezzo-soprano who has made a name for herself in the world of classical music. Born on January 9, 1986, in Dundalk, County Louth, Ireland, Tara grew up in a musical family. Her father, Brendan Erraught, was a well-known Irish tenor, and her mother, Catherine, was a music teacher. Tara's formal music education began at the Royal Irish Academy of Music in Dublin, where she studied under the guidance of Veronica Dunne.
