Shani Wallis is a British actress and singer who is best known for her work in the entertainment industry during the 1950s and 1960s. She was born on April 14, 1933, in Tottenham, London, England, to Jewish parents. Her father was a tailor, and her mother was a seamstress. Wallis grew up in a working-class family and attended the local school in Tottenham. Wallis showed an interest in music and singing from a young age.
