Mb Gordy is a renowned percussionist and composer in the world of classical music. Born in 1974 in Los Angeles, California, Gordy grew up in a family of musicians and was exposed to music from a young age. His father was a jazz pianist and his mother was a singer, and they both encouraged Gordy to pursue music as a career. Gordy began playing drums at the age of 10 and quickly developed a passion for percussion. He studied at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and went on to earn a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Michigan. He then pursued a Master of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music. Throughout his career, Gordy has performed with some of the most prestigious orchestras and ensembles in the world. He has been a member of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic.
