He also won the Grand Prix at the International Piano Competition in St. Petersburg in 2010. After completing his master's degree, Trung Sam returned to Vietnam and began his career as a professional musician. He has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in Vietnam, including the Hanoi Opera House and the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House.
