Ivan Parik was born on May 15, 1985, in Prague, Czech Republic. He was born into a family of musicians, and his parents were both professional classical musicians. His father was a renowned cellist, and his mother was a pianist. From a young age, Ivan was exposed to classical music and began playing the piano at the age of four. Ivan's parents recognized his talent and encouraged him to pursue a career in music. He began taking piano lessons with his mother and quickly showed a natural aptitude for the instrument. In 2010, Ivan was invited to perform at the prestigious Prague Spring International Music Festival, one of the most important classical music festivals in Europe. Over the years, Ivan has performed in some of the most prestigious concert halls in the world, including Carnegie Hall in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and the Berlin Philharmonic. He has also collaborated with some of the most renowned conductors and orchestras in the world, including the London Symphony Orchestra, the Berlin Philharmonic, and the New York Philharmonic.
