The Copenhagen Piano Quartet is a classical music ensemble that was founded in 2002 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Asbjørn Nørgaard is a Danish violist who studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. Toke Møldrup is a Danish cellist who studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin. The Copenhagen Piano Quartet has performed at some of the most prestigious concert halls in Europe, including the Berlin Philharmonic, the Royal Danish Theatre, and the Konzerthaus Berlin. The quartet has also performed at numerous music festivals, including the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival, the Bergen International Festival, and the Tivoli Festival in Copenhagen. One of the highlights of the Copenhagen Piano Quartet's career was their performance at the 2006 Bergen International Festival.
